Cushions: Please allow up to 2 weeks as each one is made to order.
Covers are removable and fully washable. Use a gentle, cool wash and air-dry to keep them looking their best.
Beauty products: Unused and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Cushions: Each cushion is handmade to order, which means it’s created especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns for change of mind. This helps us reduce waste and keep our production as sustainable as possible. Of course, if your cushion arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

On average, 2–3 times longer than a bottled equivalent, depending on how you store and use them.
Keep them in a dry place between uses — ideally on a soap dish with drainage or in a hanging bag — to help them last as long as possible.
