How to arrange a return

Beauty Bars & Accessories
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
(Please note, return postage isn’t covered at the moment.)
Made-to-Order Cushions
Each cushion is handmade especially for you once your order is placed. This helps us create only what’s needed and avoid overproduction, a key part of our mission to reduce textile waste and operate sustainably as a small business. Because your cushion is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
If your cushion does arrive damaged, please reach out within 14 days and we’ll repair, replace, or refund it right away.
Faulty Items
If something isn’t as it should be, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your item and cover return shipping once it’s approved.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.
